There were some initial issues with the air conditioning, causing the room to become uncomfortably warm at night. However, the hotel promptly addressed this problem and resolved it by the third night.

Das Hotel hat das perfekte Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und die Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail ist erstaunlich. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt - nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt. Besonders der private Strandbereich war hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine Vielzahl interessanter Optionen.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel facilities, including the onsen/hotsprings public bath and laundry facility on the 18th floor, were fantastic. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including chocolate croissants and fresh fruit. The staff were polite and accommodating. The location was convenient, being a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station and surrounded by karaoke, shops, and restaurants.
